We love the platform, enterprise fees are disgraceful
We love the platform, as a small business it can help in so many ways to capture data whether for internal or external use. We have the need to choose where our data resides and the only option to do that is to go enterprise. The reason you don’t show the pricing on the website without having to setup a video meeting is so your sales people can justify the ridiculous and disgusting fee you charge for a very simple feature. You will respond with “oh but we setup a dedicated server environment specific to your business”, sorry that’s not a justifiable reason. I nearly fell off my chair when the rep told me how much it was for the first year alone! I was too scared to ask what subsequent years’ fees would be. $11,500 AUD for the first year alone is unbelievable! Why can’t that be an add on for the other plans? Don’t just reply “because they’re for personal use”, that’s irrelevant.

I strongly advise against using Jotform. My experience has been nothing short of infuriating. I’ve reached out three times for help, and not once have I received a proper response from a human being.
They rely on an “AI” agent that is completely useless, it doesn’t resolve anything and feels like a barrier rather than support. Despite being charged twice for an upgrade, the upgrade itself isn’t even active. I’ve been trying for five days to speak to someone, get a refund, and access the forms I paid for, but all I get is the same broken AI loop.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Steer well clear.

Looking for a tech support experience that really teaches you patience? Look no further than Jotform. I submitted a support request over nearly 4 weeks ago—yes, weeks—because I can't change my password, can't delete my account, and basically can't do anything that makes me feel like I'm in control of the service I'm paying for. But hey, at least they’re consistent in one thing: saying “thank you for your patience” while doing absolutely nothing.
