I’ve just started my own business doing confined space rescue and paper work and compliance is very important to me.
I’ve looked at so many other companies but none were as easy to navigate and use then Jotform.
I don’t have the IT skills but with Jotform it didn’t matter as YouTube video and the website it was so easy to do,

I never write reviews unless I truly feel like I need to warn someone about a service. And in this case sadly that is true.
Over and over again the Jotform technology truly just hasn't worked. And I am talking about simple form functionality - not anything complicated! My form is:
(1) Not progressing on a specific question and instead going blank so that users cannot continue in the form
(2) The autofill feature (which everyone uses through chrome) is causing the form to corrupt and not be able to be submitted
(3) It is routing to a URL after being submitted that I don't have configured anywhere in the form
(4) Form prepopulate will not load.

I used jotform to capture guest information at a marketing pop-up and it was perfect! User friendly both for me to build the form but also to the customer to complete.

I have been using Jotform with its new features now for an additional 2 months.. not as wowed as I originally was. can't really integrate the chat bot because it causes your website to scroll up once it has loaded and the ai chat in my facebook messenger doesn't communicate the way i have trained it... i do like the forms and will continue to use them.

Jotform has done so much to assist in our work daily. My boss and I both use Jotform for surveys and paperwork. The system is very intuitive and has so many options to build a form to your needs. There are so many ways to use Jotform, and they make it so easy to share and compile results. Our Human Resources department wouldn't run the same without Jotform and all the tools it provides. From benefit paperwork, to new hire questionnaires, to feedback and surveys. I am so thankful to have found been shared this site and been able to use it for over a year.
