Non recoverable data loss occurred multiple times, support was indifferent. Causes so far were:
- cached data was deleted when app was used in offline mode
- collected contact information
was random replaced with dollar signs ($)

List of bugs just from 5 minutes of use:
- Can't log in on the app, because the captcha doesn't load (ipad).
- email verification code is not sent out
- Form preview is completely different than on the actual device
- collected data viewer sometimes omits data entries

Conclusion
-> Don't pay money for this. Also don't use it for free because the banner is very ugly.
-> For critical data avoid at ALL COST

I created a form for my party to get attendance records. All of a sudden, myself and potential customers can't log in nor buy tickets. Only for me to check my form and it keeps saying my IP address is banned. I can't access neither can my customers buy tickets. Jotform, you are very lucky I'm not a citizen of your country, I literally would have sued you till you become bankrupt for making me lose so much money for me event.

While Jotform is incredibly powerful and beneficial, it's worth noting for prospective users (especially those on free or starter plans) that the monthly submission limits can be quite quickly reached for active forms. This means you need to be mindful of your usage to avoid forms becoming temporarily unavailable. However, Jotform does offer ways to gain some free extra submissions by completing tasks, which is a helpful bonus.

Overall Impression

Despite the submission limit, Jotform remains an invaluable tool for our equestrian team. It streamlines our administrative burdens, helps us present a professional front, and now, with its smart AI features, it makes the initial form setup even quicker. If you're looking for a robust, user-friendly, and efficient form builder for any kind of data collection, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Jotform a try.

We love the platform, enterprise fees are disgraceful

We love the platform, as a small business it can help in so many ways to capture data whether for internal or external use. We have the need to choose where our data resides and the only option to do that is to go enterprise. The reason you don’t show the pricing on the website without having to setup a video meeting is so your sales people can justify the ridiculous and disgusting fee you charge for a very simple feature. You will respond with “oh but we setup a dedicated server environment specific to your business”, sorry that’s not a justifiable reason. I nearly fell off my chair when the rep told me how much it was for the first year alone! I was too scared to ask what subsequent years’ fees would be. $11,500 AUD for the first year alone is unbelievable! Why can’t that be an add on for the other plans? Don’t just reply “because they’re for personal use”, that’s irrelevant.

Avoid Jotform at All Costs – Terrible Service and Zero Supportdvise against using…

I strongly advise against using Jotform. My experience has been nothing short of infuriating. I’ve reached out three times for help, and not once have I received a proper response from a human being.

They rely on an “AI” agent that is completely useless, it doesn’t resolve anything and feels like a barrier rather than support. Despite being charged twice for an upgrade, the upgrade itself isn’t even active. I’ve been trying for five days to speak to someone, get a refund, and access the forms I paid for, but all I get is the same broken AI loop.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Steer well clear.

If you love paying for services you can't use

If you love paying for services you can't use, Jotform is a dream come true!

Looking for a tech support experience that really teaches you patience? Look no further than Jotform. I submitted a support request over nearly 4 weeks ago—yes, weeks—because I can't change my password, can't delete my account, and basically can't do anything that makes me feel like I'm in control of the service I'm paying for. But hey, at least they’re consistent in one thing: saying “thank you for your patience” while doing absolutely nothing.

If you're evaluating form solutions for your business and wondering whether Jotform is reliable, here’s a tip: if you don’t mind spending money each month while being completely out of business, then this is absolutely the company for you.

The silver lining? I’ve had plenty of time to reevaluate all my other life choices while waiting. Thanks, Jotform!
